SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
WEBSITE USE – DATA COLLECTED BY THE WEBSITE and MOBILE DEVICES
In relation to the Users visiting the website, data sent by the User’s browser is collected for informational purposes only, i.e. such data which are necessary for technical reasons to display the website and ensure its stable and safe operation. In this case, data may also be collected for the purpose of developing and improving the website and adapting it to the needs of the Users. Creating an account on the BAYLABEL.PL site requires providing User’s identification data, i.e.: user name and e-mail address. CONTROLLER processes the above mentioned data only for the purpose of authentication of the User in the BAYLABEL.PL site and enabling the User to use the online store.
PURCHASES ON SITE AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
In case of making purchases through the BAYLABEL.PL website, the CONTROLLER processes personal data of the User in order to enable the conclusion and performance of the sales contract between the User and the CONTROLLER. The above includes in particular: preparation and dispatch of goods, e-mail or telephone contact with the User, settlement of liabilities and receivables on the part of customers, handling of complaints, conducting sales analyses including statistical data, data archiving. The CONTROLLER processes Users’ personal data for the purposes of sending marketing materials concerning products and services offered by the CONTROLLER as well as by cooperating entities, as well as performing direct marketing activities with the use of automatic calling systems directed to telecommunication devices, including in particular phones or computers of which I am the end user. The user may at any time unsubscribe from the newsletter, e.g. by providing the relevant information
COMPETITIONS AND PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS
In case of organizing a competition or a promotional campaign by the CONTROLLER within BAYLABEL.PL website, the CONTROLLER will process personal data of the Users who will take part in a given promotional campaign or competition, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law and exclusively for the purposes related to the given promotion or competition.

- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child – the right of the CONTROLLER to pursue or defend claims or to ensure the security of information, persons or property and to strive to improve the quality of the products and services offered should be regarded as a legitimate interest.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
CONTROLLER informs that in cases where the processing is based on the User’s consent, providing personal data is voluntary. The user has the right to refuse to provide the data, however, this may result in the lack of possibility to use certain functionalities of the website. The User has the right to withdraw their prior consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
